Chesler Park Backpacking Trip in Canyonlands
You’re about to join me on one of my favorite backpacking trips in Southern Utah - Chesler Park!
Chesler Park is in the Needles District of Canyonlands National Park.
I’ve hiked this area in both the Spring and Fall Both times were incredible.
If you’re looking for a way to extend your backpacking season - get a permit to Chesler Park.
Permits for camping in Chesler Park need to be reserved about 3 months in advance - these campsites are in high demand, so you’ll need to plan ahead.
The beauty of Chesler Park would be enough - BUT it gets even better.
While in Chesler Park, you can take day trips to Druid Arch and the Joint Trail.
THESE side hikes are what elevated this backpacking trip from amazing to incredible.
You can pack so much adventure into just a few days.
Seriously, be prepared for some major trip inspo in this vlog. Check it out below!
