These are my go-to camp desserts that taste delicious, take only a few minutes to make, and have minimal cleanup.

Chocolate Hazelnut Raspberry Burritos - a super simple camp dessert recipe! Click through for the written recipe, photos, and a video tutorial by Amanda Outside. www.amandaoutside.com

Chocolate Hazelnut Raspberry Burritos

Serves: 4 people


1 6oz package of raspberries
4 small flour tortillas
2 bars of Milk Chocolate w/ Hazelnuts


  1. Chop the chocolate bar into small pieces - about the size of chocolate chips.

  2. Sprinkle a layer of the chopped chocolate in the middle of a tortilla. (About 1/4 cup of chopped chocolate per burrito.) Next, layer on 4-5 fresh raspberries.

  3. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it into a burrito.

  4. Heat a pan over medium-low heat and place the burrito in the pan, folded side down.

  5. Heat for about 5 minutes on each side until the tortilla is crispy and golden on the outside. Serve immediately!


EASY NO-BAKE PEACH COBBLER RECIPE - this is a delicious camp dessert that’s really easy to make and clean up! Click through for the complete recipe (plus 2 more easy camp desserts) by Amanda Outside.

No-Bake Peach Cobbler

Serves: 4 people


1 Tbsp salted butter
3 ripe peaches, sliced
2 Tbsp honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1.5 cups granola
1/4 cup pecans, roughly chopped


  1. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add in the butter, sliced peaches, honey, and cinnamon. Mix well.

  2. Cook the peaches for 5-8 minutes or until the peaches soften and the juices start to bubble in the pan. You can turn the heat up slightly to get the juices boiling.

  3. Remove the peaches from the heat. Scoop the peaches into bowls and layer on 1/4 - 1/2 cup of granola, 1 Tbsp pecans, and a pinch of cinnamon per serving. Enjoy!
