Hi! Welcome to the AO community!! This is a gentle yoga class - great for when you need to unwind. It's also perfect for beginners. I purposely did not load music with this class so you can listen to the birds (and coyotes!!) in the video, or choose your own music to go along with the video.

This power yoga class was filmed here in Utah (my current home state) and I'm excited to share this beautiful red rock with you while we practice together. I designed this class to be fast-paced with an emphasis on lightness and taking flight (but no inversions or arm balances).
This is a thirty minute playful and powerful vinyasa yoga class. If you're feeling a little low on energy or heavy, this is the PERFECT yoga class to build up some energy and feel lightness in the body. You'll find lots of unique transitions and a little jumping :) Although there are modifications, I wouldn't recommend this class for total beginners.
