10 Minute Power Vinyasa Yoga for Toned Legs and Booty
A few months ago I decided that I wanted to focus on building muscle, especially in my legs. I love to mountain bike and hike, so having strong legs would make both those activities even better!
I could go further, faster, longer - YES!
So I started lifting heavy weights at the climbing gym during the snowy winter months when the hiking trails are less accessible. I completely fell in love with leg days.
I've definitely started to see and feel my legs getting stronger. IT'S SO EMPOWERING!!
So today, I wanted to share with you a power vinyasa yoga class that's all about toning the legs and butt.
I had a lot of fun with this power yoga sequence and I hope you'll enjoy it!
Behind the Scenes Notes:
- This was filmed in the San Juan mountains in Colorado which is one of my favorite mountain ranges in the whole country.
- On the other side of the mountains in the background, there was a wildfire. The day after we filmed this video, the winds changed and it got really smoky. 😢
- The wind is a constant problem for me when filming. I've lost countless videos because the audio was terrible, BUT things are definitely improving. I'm slowly figuring out ways to work around it. YAY!
