Yoga For Detox and Digestion
In this short yoga video for detox and digestion, we really focus on twisting and linking our movements with the breath.
While detox is a bit of a buzz word these days, there are no quick-fix, fad or woo-woo detox techniques here!
This class is all about being present with yourself on the mat and letting go of (detoxing) any stress or anxiety you might be holding onto, along with some deep twists to improve digestion.
Just make sure that you don't eat a big meal right before you practice! No one wants to get into a deep twist when the belly is full. 😉
