Post-Hike Yoga Poses for Flexibility
Location: Uinta National Forest, Utah
Fall is my favorite time of the year to hike. The weather is a bit cooler, and best of all, the leaves change color.
It's such a special time to be in the mountains.
After a hike, when my legs are tired, I definitely try to set aside time for yoga, or simply some stretches on my bedroom floor.
Sometimes I even do these yoga poses before I get in the car to drive home!
