After a long day on the trails, this yoga class for backpackers will feel amazing!

When designing this class, I really tried to focus on all those areas in the body that get tiered and tight after carrying a backpack for hours.

I was actually in the backcountry when I filmed this!

I hiked for a few hours that morning, so trust me when I say that this is just what you need!
