sharp white cheddar cheese
(or more as desired, thinly sliced)
2

thinly sliced prosciutto
fresh basil
(cut or torn)
Instructions
Heat a cast-iron skillet over low heat.
Spread butter on one side of a slice of bread and place it, butter side down, in the skillet.
Add a few thin slices of cheese. Next, layer on a few peach slices, prosciutto, and basil. Top it with a little more cheese.
Butter the other piece of bread and place it butter side up, on top of the cheese.
Cook the grilled cheese over low heat on each side for a few minutes until the bread becomes crispy on the outside and the cheese melts. Enjoy!
Notes
Make sure you cook this grilled cheese low and slow so the bread doesn't burn before the cheese melts.
