S’mores are a classic camping dessert, but if you’re bored with plain old marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers, then these chocolate banana cream pie s’mores are the perfect way to switch it up! I did give myself a pat on the back for coming up with this combo because this s’mores recipe is SO good!

S’mores Ingredients
- Chocolate graham crackers: Chocolate graham crackers are so underrated! I think I might actually like them better than the honey-flavored ones that are more commonly used in s’mores. Sometimes grocery stores don’t carry the chocolate version, but I’ve found them at Walmart and Target.
- Banana: We use fresh banana slices in these s’mores!
- White Chocolate: I typically don’t like white chocolate, but it really works in this recipe! The best white chocolate I’ve ever tried is from the brand Green and Blacks. It’s definitely a pricier chocolate bar, but it’s totally worth the splurge for these s’mores.
- Marshmallows: No s’mores recipe is complete without the toasted marshmallow!
- Nutmeg: A dash of nutmeg really completes the banana cream pie vibes.

How to Make Banana Cream Pie S’mores

Break a chocolate graham cracker in half and put a few thin slices of banana on one of the graham cracker halves.
Sprinkle with a dash of nutmeg. Nutmeg is a very strong flavor, so don’t put too much!

Add a few squares of white chocolate to the other half of the graham cracker.
Toast a marshmallow slowly over a campfire until it becomes puffy and golden brown.
Layer the toasted marshmallow on top of the bananas and use the top half of the graham cracker with chocolate to slide the marshmallow off the stick. Enjoy!
