Sweet berry jam, creamy white chocolate, toasted coconut, and crunchy graham crackers make a s’mores combo that’s unique and seriously delicious.
All good camping trips end with s’mores over the campfire, and this s’mores recipe is the perfect way to change things up and impress your fellow campers. Let’s get started!

S’mores Ingredients
- Graham crackers: The sweet, crunchy bookends to our epic s’mores creation.
- White Chocolate: White chocolate just works so well in this recipe! The best white chocolate I’ve ever tried is from the brand Green and Blacks. It’s definitely a more expensive chocolate bar, but it’s totally worth it for these s’mores.
- Marshmallows: No s’mores recipe is complete without the toasted marshmallow! Toasted, not burnt 😉
- Berry Jam: For this recipe, I like to use a really nice mixed berry jam. It has a mix of raspberries, elderberries, and blackberries. Whatever berry jam you have on hand will work in this recipe.
- Toasted Coconut: Lastly, we have good old toasted coconut. I take unsweetened shredded coconut and give it a quick toast in a pan when I’m at home. I store it in an airtight container with the rest of my camping food so it’s ready to go for these s’mores.

How to Make Berry Coconut White Chocolate S’mores
- Break a graham cracker in half and put a few squares of white chocolate on one of the graham cracker halves.
- Top the chocolate with a spoonful of toasted coconut, followed by a spoonful of the berry jam.
- Toast a marshmallow over the fire.
- Once it’s golden brown and puffed up, place it on top of the berry jam and use the other half of the graham cracker to slide the marshmallow off the stick. Enjoy!

Berry Coconut White Chocolate S’mores
Ingredients
- 1 pack of honey graham crackers
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (about 1 tbsp per s'more)
- 1/4 cup berry jam (about 1 tbsp per s'more)
- 4 marshmallows
- 1 bar of white chocolate (I like Green & Blacks)
Instructions
At Home
- At home, toast the shredded coconut in a pan over medium heat, mixing frequently. Watch closely because the coconut will go from golden to burnt very quickly. Once the coconut is golden, remove it from the heat and let it cool, then package it in an air-tight container with the rest of your camping food.
At Camp
- At camp, break a graham cracker in half and put a few squares of white chocolate on one of the graham cracker halves.
- Top the chocolate with a spoonful of toasted coconut, followed by a spoonful of the berry jam.
- Toast a marshmallow over the fire. Once it’s golden brown and puffed up, place it on top of the berry jam and use the other half of the graham cracker to slide the marshmallow off the stick. Enjoy!
